Highly skilled and successful marine artist Robert Stacey wasn’t looking for a new medium to experiment in; it was looking for him. Self-taught with a reputation for remarkably realistic and dramatic seascapes – the furthest thing from his mind was Ethereal Art.

“I don’t think art should be labelled and categorized as there are many fabulous artists who cross over into different art forms often within the canvas itself,” says Stacey. “My instinct on this style was just one of “let’s see where it wants to take me” and that’s what I did. I must say – no one was more surprised by the results than I was!”
